What is the warranty for this product?

The warranty period is indicated in the instructions for the product. The warranty is provided for a period from 14 days to 36 months, depending on the product. The warranty can be presented by the manufacturer or the Seller. The manufacturer’s warranty card or the Seller’s warranty card serves as confirmation of warranty obligations.
 

The service center cannot repair my product during the warranty period

In the event that, within the established warranty period, significant defects that arose due to the manufacturer’s fault are detected in the Product that you bought from us, or it failed due to the manufacturer’s fault and cannot be repaired in an authorized service center, we will exchange the product for a similar one or refund money.

To do this, please provide us with:
 

  • product with complete set;
  • warranty card;
  • a document confirming payment;
  • conclusion of the service center with a note that the product has a “significant defect”.

The service center can refuse warranty repair in case:

  • breach of security of warranty seals;
  • the presence of mechanical or other damage caused by intentional or negligent actions of the buyer or third parties;
  • violation of the rules of use;
  • unauthorized disclosure, repair or change of internal communications and components of the product, changes in the design or scheme of the product;
  • if the serial number or MAC address stored in the product’s memory has been changed, erased or damaged and cannot be set;
  • if damage caused by the ingress of foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects or extreme temperatures into the product is detected.

Warranty obligations and warranty service do not apply to the Goods in this case:

  • accidental damage (defects caused by the client);
  • damage as a result of natural disasters (natural phenomena);
  • damage caused by careless treatment or use (non-compliance with the temperature regime, exposure to liquid, dust, mechanical damage, foreign objects getting inside the case);
  • damage caused by an emergency increase or decrease in voltage in the network;
  • damage or abnormal functioning of the product caused by failures or non-compliance with the standards of power parameters, telecommunications, cables and other similar external factors;
  • damage caused by defects in the system in which this product was used, or caused by the connection and connection of the product to other products;
  • damage caused by using the product not for its intended purpose or in violation of the operating rules;
  • natural wear of elements in cases of exceeding the specified operating norms;
  • damage or malfunction of the product caused by downloaded programs;
  • damage or abnormal functioning of the product caused by the use of non-standard and (or) low-quality consumables, accessories, spare parts, batteries, etc.;
  • the presence of signs of repair by unauthorized persons on the product.

 

Warranty obligations do not apply:

  • to software products supplied with the product;
  • for software products that are not supplied with the product;
  • on user data stored or obtained using the products.
